Apex Commodity Traders (Pty) Ltd (“Apex”, “we”, “us”) is a commodity trading company registered in South Africa (registration number 2021/612434/07), based at P.O. Box 12829, Die Boord, 7613, Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with this website, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your full name, company, email address, phone number, category of interest, and any message you send us. When you browse this website, we also collect usage information through Google Analytics (GA4) — such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and general location and device data. We do not knowingly collect any special personal information (such as health or financial details) through this website.
We use contact form submissions to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, or otherwise correspond with you about a possible transaction. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
